Cooler heads have prevailed.

We'll have plenty of elbow room on June 6.

part of me is sad that she won't go because I truly believe it would have been an event that would have captivated the sporting arena, if but for 24 hours. But I think it's the right decision because she barely held on in the Preakness. Oh well, until next time. Maybe she comes north and they meet in the Travers. What a day at the Spa that would be.

That'll cut the crowd by 20,000.

Disappointing because I wanted to see her run and she was a prime bet as a very vulnerable favorite.

This is still right by the horse though, and that's what is most important.

Shaping up to be a good race and this helps Charitable Man on the front end immensely.

i am glad she is getting a well deserved rest! I really think MTB is going to win the belmont just like his daddy.. would love to see her and Zenyatta meet up sometime in the future. That would be something...

Geez, you told me I was crazy when I said Charitable Man would win the Belmont right after he won the Peter Pan.
