if you read the article word for word it was GARYS ASSISTANT who threatened to fire him not gary and it was in year 2006- so let me see??? Who was garys asst back then? The one and only Frank Amonte.... Believe me, Garys lawyers are the best at what they do, nothing will come of this. And yes i have to defend him cause hes a good friend of mine.

Unfortunately it is not Frank's barn it is your friends..He is responsible for the actions of those in his employ and the horses under his care. If there is a case than the truth is Gary will be the defendant not Frank.

Lawyers sue whoever has the money, that's why they added NYRA to the case. Contessa probably has more then Frank Almonte.

I doubt anything will come of this either but not because it wasn't Gary who gave the order. Gary could be held accountable because it is his barn and he is the boss but what Mr. Rodriquez is claiming I would think would be very hard to prove......very large grey area there.

Mr Rodriquez is Crippled . If the Story he tells is True . He Really Did Tell The Contessa Barn it was Unsafe , Then Cheesy Needs to Go in Flames . Often Lots of witnesses on the Backside . We Will see how the story unfolds.
