Quasi-government "businesses" have NO incentive to be profitable or even effective. The clerks and "execs" get paid no matter how the business does. Unions protect the incompetent clerks and the execs get paid off on unknown quid pro quo deals. Disgraceful.
I always thought NYS wasn't as corrupt as most other states. No so the last 10 years.
NYS filled with crooks masquerading as politicians.
