Don't know who is finally running in this one, but if Revalo, Cherokee Country, Gold Trippi and Pashito the Che all run it could be interesting, particularly if they fill the field. Prior winning trainer Scott Lake had the $$$AQU winner Don Six a couple years back and Shake You Down (who did just that to me) before that. Gold Trippi is Bruce Brown trained, a Robsham horse, out of good mojo Christmas Gold. Pashito is being marshaled carefully, not being used up. Cherokee Country raced 12/6 but might have one more left before a break.

Not sure if Fabulous Strike is in—he should be fresh and ready for something soon.
Joey P. drilled a fast work last week—Would think he may be in there as well.

Yea—Tossing the last one. A little rusty in his first start since the surgery. Hopefully it was a one time dud...
Depending on how that field comes up, Joey P. could finally get that 1st win in New York

Set for 3rd race on Saturday. 7 horses, Digger and The Roundhouse paired. No Cherokee Country. http://nyra.com/aqueduct/stories/GravesendAdv.shtmlThis should be a good race with a fairly even distribution of bets. I will probably do the 3-7 ex box, but I'm thinking that's too corporate, and probably a poor payer for the risk. I'm glad they're running Laysh etc.--I don't think he'll hit the board but this should be good training for a good pony. Sounds like you all are liking Joey P and the AQU instant $maker CC is riding. Good luck Saturday and best wishes for the holidays, everyone!

Pachito The Chi looks dangerous...Joey P. is no shoe in, but hopefully he will be in the mix there late...

Rain and 41 degrees expected today. It is a good day not to be a horse.
