You just knew this was coming. The entire process smelled from the moment of it's inception. The "Three Men In A Room" waiting for favors and/or bags of money is not the way to govern New York.

What a disgrace.

If this were "you or I" caught fixing a bid for "snow plowing", we'd be indicted and in jail.

Even Spitzer was a better than this lowlife Paterson.
Only in NY.

NYRA's going to be in a jam because of this. They need $30 mil to keep going until the slots go live but that slots deal doesn't look possible now. The state is broke and coming apart at the seams. And now the blind accident has played the race card.

It looks that everybody from the governor straight through to former congressman Reverend Floyd Flake was in on a fixed and crooked deal.
