Anyone know why NY is ineligible to receive prizes this year, been playing it for several years and that never happened before? I'm confused as NY is eligible in other games.

It sucks, the game is no fun to play if you can't win anything but then again I never won anything before either  . What I can't figure out is New York is eligible for prizes in other games......oh well.

My drivers license is Ohio. My adress isOhio on record. So I changed it. lmao
