You know how stupid this statement is? You can't ship in to run in a race for New York Breeds, you would have to run in open company. Beside, the reason you left New York was for better purses. There will be New York breeds, but about half of what it is today. :roll:

Only in your world. There ARE such a thing as "open" company CLAIMERS. NY will expand the cheap claiming races...fill them with cheap,cheap claimers from non NY states...NYRA will become PHIL. Better NY breds will race outside NY.
