On a serious note I am not thrilled with the way things are going with my country, New York, or the New York Racing Association but as a race fan I'm thrilled that Aqueduct is forecast to be with 50-degree temperatures this coming weekend. After the snow shoveling I have done lately this type of news is something wonderful to become thrilled about. Once it gets to 50 degrees I'll be out on the front lawn dancing in my zebra-striped thong and pointy bra from the 1950s.

On a real serious note, I would like to be at Aqueduct for the Wood Memorial but more importantly it's imperative to be at Belmont for the race in honor of Marty. That man was a dear friend.
