We bred to Tenpins in KY last year, but ended up loosing the foal at 7 weeks (after cover). Tenpins was just moved to Louisiana from KY, quite a distance to ship. Luckily another son of Smart Strike, with similar pedigry, has just arrived in Schuylerville New York, Twilight Meteor. My mare "Light Classic" is a A +++ enick with T.M.(highest rank). I'd like to send her to Saratoga Glen as its alot closer than Lousiana and all the money stays in New York state.
Although Twilight Meteor makes an excellent match, he is a grass horse. Last year I checked-out Real Quiet who stands in PA. He's getting older now but still worth a 2nd look. He's a A++ nick with Light Classic at about the same cost as Twilight Meteor. (As you recall Real Quiet was almost a Triple Crown Winner). Talked to the farm and they'd give me a good deal with my mare.
