The applications are out already for anyone thats interested. First come first served this year. No phony lottery system, and about two months earlier than usual.

Also being sold on ticketmaster this year as well. The $5 "convenience charge" is worth it for me at least to guarantee my seat location and not have to wait weeks for NYRA to process my application.
