The precocious three year old Unified is the big favorite in the Peter Pan. He has serious speed. The question here is the distance.

True....but field looks average. Stable really likes him. Belmont, Jim Dandy and Travers to follow.

Answered the distance question. I think 9 panels is the limit. Would cut back to the Woody Stephens on Royal Belmont day.

The time was honest at 1:47+ but it was still one turn and the Slow Bred Lump was getting to him late. The track was superb for quick times but two turns is a whole lot of different animal.

UNIFIED is an auto-play next out as an undefeated graded-stakes winner but so is the gallant state-bred GOVERNOR MALIBU who ain't been off the board yet after seven races with some good company.

Looks like Unified is not entered on the Belmont Stakes card. Sounds like he is going to brave the traffic and go to New jersey for the Pegasus Stakes at Money Mouth. Speedy colt must be targeting the Haskell.

So what ever happened to the peoples champ and supposed winner of the Belmont and Travers Stakes, Unified? Is a fruitful 4yo season planed or is retirement on the horizon considering this horse can't even get to the track for a workout? If Juba can get $2,500 per foal in WV; surely Unified is worth $3,000 for a live foal in Ohio.

Unified is back on the track with consistent workouts at Palm Meadows. While Juba is pulling in $1,500 a "pop" as a stallion in WV.
