MSG stands for Madison Square Garden. The commercials are bothersome but the constant blather, blubbering and bullshit from the talking heads, even as the horses load, makes a pony player think about getting on a tall roof and maybe working the next race on the way down in silence.

The former NY Met "Steroids" LoDuca has a job with MSG & NYRA for reasons I will never fathom. And when Greg Wolf starts talking I squeeze the "mute" button.

The live feed on the TV OTB Channel is the way to go. You get Maggie in the paddock and no jabbering idiots while you try to build some wagers.

When a race goes off I flip to HD to see the race but under the wire I go back to the OTB Channel to catch the results without being overwhelmed by "talking head blather". Most of the time the talking heads tell you why you should have played the winner after none of them called the winner.

Its like my great-grandmother Mary Driscoll said just before she died at the age of 101: "Talking about a horse never got one home."

So true! I wach nyra on their feed...until the msg talkers...then switch to Twinspires which carries
the LIVE nyra feed sans DoLuca and Wolff...add nothin to the nyra telecast. MY guess is that for MSG to carry NYRA TV feed
Gregg"empty suit" Wolff and (horrible P5 player) DoLuca is a quid pro quo for MSG /live NYRA feed.
