Post subject:  Thumbs Up for DRF Customer Service

My parents recently purchased a DRF 10 card plan which they found out about at a horse racing blog. They thought the plan would last till the end of the year. After showing my father how to use Formy Web, I told him this plan expires on May 20,2010. Anyway they downloaded cards on Derby day and Preakness day and had 5 cards remaining. I called DRF last Saturday and explained the situation. They normally spend half the meet at Saratoga and have purchased the meet plan the past few summers. I was told they would get back to them.
I am happy to report they extended the plan for another month. I thought this was excellent service by DRF and just want to let as many people know as possible that they stand by their customers.

You might ask them to look into a Twinspires account. PPs are free if you play one race at the track that you download.

Twinspires is one of my accounts and I download the cards and use them but there was an adjustment period.
My father is 64 and he prefers DRF pp's and all the stuff on the bris pp's are useless to him..
The point of my posting is DRF did well by him and the service was excellent.
