Talking Horses is a different show. AM Saratoga is on 9:30-10:30 via Capital OTB. Just go to capitalotb.com and do live streaming on the left. Sean Clancy one of the hosts. It's a nice show.

OK thanks, they must be blocking international IP's. I will try it with ultrasurf turned on. Ultrasurf is a great product when you want to change your IP to watch the camel's in Yemen.

Try copy/pasting it into Windows Media Player. File > Open URL and paste the address.
