Jeez, the toymaker wanted to kill Ollie. I am so sad that simple comedy like that has died. WWI vets. Close quotes: Ollie to Stan: "My wife will cook you a sumptuous dinner!" Wife: "So you brought another bum home!" And my favorite from next door after the convention while Ollie's wife is beating the hell out of him. Stan's Wife: "Stanley, confession is good for the soul." while she's sprawled in his lap while feeding him grapes. |
