Just one race goes beyond 7 furlongs and there are three maiden races on the menu but it's not a horrible card. Scattered showers have been around and another round is forecast for Tuesday late but the weather for Wednesday is supposed to be sunny and warm. 1/8 Pole and Cousin Courtney are scheduled to roll in here in a day or two to assemble the gazebo for the deck so I'm off that hook and can concentrate upon my life's ultimate goal - swallowing beer while handicapping races in the comfort of my own home.
