From Monday it looks like a wet and windy day with Jose coming up the coast east of Montauk. The south shore of Long Island is already kicking up and all of Long Island is under a Tropical Storm Watch. Rain starts Monday late and keeps coming through Wednesday morning.
Not sure about what Maria will bring - she's on the menu for next week perhaps.

Well, at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday close by Belmont Park it's breezy with scattered drizzlings. Much ado about nothing is Jose for Long Island although I do not mean to convey that hurricanes are not deadly beasts. I've been through a bunch of them but this one is a fizzle where I live.
