LUNAIRE was all set to get by the NW1X condition off the bench upstate until a gate crash interfered. Still went from 10th to second. Makes amends here perhaps and Rosario stays.

Chad's FUNTASTIC broke the maiden upstate at this distance in a quick heat. Got mugged in traffic last out and might be the horse to beat here.

The Lump HOT AND HEAVY is already by this NW1X condition but is in for the tag and gets to do it again. Draws the rail and gets a real rider today. He's 3/0/1/1 at the distance and worth a grope somewhere. Six for 8 in the $$$ this year (2/2/2).

The turf courses are wet but not a lot of rain has fallen recently so they should play decently but it's still raining and that "scattered showers" forecast has given Nassau County one very stubborn scattered shower.
