The twofer #1 entry is the second single on my P3 ticket while those two and the #3 ST. LOUIE could land me a poverty DD. Andy belittled Gabby for picking ST. LOUIE on Talking Horses. If that one wins at least I'll get a bad DD and a chuckle from this race. DD: 1-4/6-8 DD: 1-3-4/4 |

Wow! The opening quarter in 26.66 was reasonable but going 49.65 to the half made dead meat out of the front end. Helluva trip by the winner - 5th and skimming the rail until a half to go. Saving ground is what the inner turf is all about. An inside draw is a bonus at the shorter distances. I get some DDs to go with the the 5/2 third choice and I can live with that. It's early. |
