The recent figs and debut score make the gallant statebred JACQUELINE D a standout here.
GIANT ENDING is 5 for 9 in the exacta at a mile, including a win. Might get better with Davis today.
Third over and a stretchout for the Lump JETSAM SIX. Once got third with much better at a one-turn mile.
WOUNDWITHHEREYES is another stretchout runner who could plod for a piece.

The cats are fed, the rain is coming and the roof don't leak. Short fields just do not thrill me. If the chalkies are cheering after Race 2 maybe I'll catch a cheap thrill too.
