Looks like a nice day in the mid-40s coming for Aqueduct. More bitter cold is due in for the weekend with another one of those "polar orgasms" and maybe snow by Monday.

At 7 a.m. this morning I was at the VA clinic in East Meadow for some lab work. As usual the people there stole some of my blood and urine and I received nothing in return for my donations.
