Tough race with a lot of contenders.
I like that FRENCH LIGHT is 3 for 3 in the $$$ over the Spa Fences and comes in here off a victory going farther with a good late run.
HISTORIC HEART is in good form and cuts back to a more realistic distance. Hendricks is riding an amazing 33% this year.

Tough old guy IRANISTAN got second in this race 4 years ago but faltered badly in the Gr. 1 Iroquois last out. Nevertheless he's being well-back at the windows and Doyle takes his first mount of the year. Mmmmm...

Helluva race by the mare. Was hoping for a better late run from FRENCH LIGHT who got third at 10/1. The diddle double lives.
