Larry was “the glue” of this board - a colorful character and proud American who will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to John and his family.

John, I’m so sorry to hear this news. Your father was one of a kind. A proud veteran, patriotic American and a very decent guy. And quite a character too. I’m sorry he had to see what is happening to this country. Maybe he can make a difference from up there. QP, may you rest in peace.

Larry will be missed. He was one of the first people I met when I got into the track life - made a huge impression on a young man. He had a fantastic sense of humor - he showed his kindness and mercy with his beloved cats. May God have mercy on his soul.

Philbert P. Pennywhacker is sad today. Larry’s “live lumps” where as legendary as the man himself.
