What are the wonderful weather wankers saying about Friday downstate? We are supposed to get lots of snow upstate, and I am wondering if it is even worth it to download the AQU program for Friday.

I would assume that the 3 turf races are not going to happen and that the fields will be small (as usual), but will they race?

Any thoughts.

It looks like a major rain event for Long Island with maybe some snow mixed in.

Yeah, we got a lot of overcast and a little bit of rain. I put my waders, life jacket, and signal flares away.

Barring any gate scratches, just 20 horses are slated to start in the first four races.

Beulah Park would be embarrassed to put out a card like this.

Hey, the Mountain is no prize but at least we have a shot to score a number there. Hopefully BL will be around this evening to lead some of us dunces up the Mountain trail.
