I never went to kindergarten and I skipped third grade. As a young freshman in Hempsted High School my sister Martha was a junior. The most fearsome words back then at that school was my sister going up to some guy in the hallway and saying, "You hit my brother?" My sister Marty was busty, shapely, and good looking but she could play ball and throw hands like no other girl I have ever met. She even threw like a boy. |
