We're still plagued by terribly short fields and the 6X5 early DD matrix before scratches certainly stinks but at least the lawn is open even though I have no idea why one race got tossed off a course that hasn't been used in five months. It's not like there's a turf stakes on for tomorrow. As a matter of fact the only grass race on the Wood card is a claimer for the getaway race. Speaking of tomorrow, out of ten dirt races the Wood is the only one going two turns. |
