Playing NYRA is like defending a fat ugly friend when some kids are going to kick the shit of him on the playground.

You don't want to get involved but you go for old time's sake.

 The slight fave in the late DD is Levine's Suave Ending.

Only Scout Exchange will deliver a smidgeon of lost dignity if he takes the P3. Maybe Channing can work out at least one win from all of Chucky's pick-up mounts?

Julio will definitely 'send' with Miss Crabtree - holding on is another matter, but might upset the dynamics of this stakes-like field.

The P3 and the conso land with the chalk but I'm still in action.

 Thank you QP for once again posting the photo of our beloved Miss Crabtree.
Chubsy Wubsy loves you.

straight ex...12/ALL....straight tri...12/4/5

Maybe Miss Crabtree can finish second to Levine's runner, provided she wins? I just can't trust Pletcher's steed, but tries the main track first time and J.V. was going to stick around for this mount anyway. Coupla other speeds might take out what little starch she has.

Dominguez/Cornholio locked in jockey duel with only scant days left.

Didn't realize that they won't run at all next week (Belmont opens Fri, 4/29). Good opportunity for a breather.

My brain is addled.

I fired a buck across on MISS CRABTREE.

I remember my heart beating fast as a little boy when I saw her on TV - just like Jackie and Chubby all those years ago.

The 12/5 will bring back an exacta that should have many old toothless widows rubbing up against me on the bus tomorrow.
