This thread is nothing but total shocking behavior. Like a hole in the wind, and sand in the hour glass. 1/40.

OK..it was a slow news day but the thread at least gave some a place for comic relief and in rare cases to vent..I did not want to push this out too early for a number of reasons but here goes..Filly in the 9th race..I have been watching her for a long time..Rice had her and ran her against males..She was not humiliated by any means..Claimed out of her last effort by a group that bets...The main reason for my affinity to this filly is the following....She is a half sister to Gourmet Dinner a multiple grade 1 stakes winner...While it does not seal a victory today for Decennial think a bit deeper....
She is bred to love the grass...she is coming back in a competitive level but more importantly the internal angles of the race make it a great fit..She is being "offered" for 16k...might think she is sore...NOPE. Not a pimple on her..No need to worry about the discount on the tag.She was a claim with nobdoy else going in for her.The connections love the windows. Her last Rice effort with all the information contained above (specifically the fact she is worth more retired) and the fact she is in today against her own at the reduced level with a favorable post and jock makes her a 5 star selection and if there is anyone laying around with 16k in cash a helluva claim today.
As I said it reads a bit like a spy novel but do your homework bet with your head and see me for a celebratory drink after the race.

Your assessment of Decennial's chances was quite thorough. She's received attention among the newspaper punters and Litfin has made mention of her, too. The trainer's plans may hinge on how speed is playing on the turf course today. Don't forget that the best horse doesn't always win on the grass - so much can go wrong. The biggest reservation is Channing Hill.....this isn't Hushion on dirt - do you want to invest heavily on this jock? I don't even think Channing is that bad on grass, just doesn't offer the reliability that other riders do. Of course, if she breaks first and takes to the course, all he has to do is go to the lead and improve on it. Are you mortgaging your house? The ML fave was a scratch and your selection is listed as third choice [5-1] - no monster price today.

Ex: 4/2-3-7-9-10
Ex: 2-3-9/4
W/P: 4
Gotta make some dough for my "exploding prostate" medicine.
