Well, at least there are no early scratches in this 5-horse thundering herd.

AILALEA catches class relief off the long layup and she comes in here off a bullet work tab. Three for four at a mile and she's a graded stakes winner to boot.

ARENA ELVIRA took cash off the freshening last out and busted a super mile in 1:35 & 3/5ths to score under wraps while posting a lifetime best fig. Clearly the horse to beat.

Lump ASK THE MOON ships over from Philly for this one. This Eddie Allard mare is already by this condition but gets to do it again by being in for the tag. She hasn't been seen since January but can fire fresh and rates a flyer somewhere in the action with Ramon in the saddle.

Have to figure that Arena Elvira (#5) will get pounded off that 93 Beyer last out when in truth, she's as good as most anyone else in here. Katy Now (#3) was respectable in her first out since October, stretches back out here, and should be tight, but also figures to be overbet.

I may take a chance with Ask the Moon (#2), who is winless since '09, but is 5-for-11 at the distance, and attracts Ramon off the layoff. Work tabs are solid, and may shock if the major players aren't cranked.

No bridgies in with 17MTP but I didn't expect that with millions flying into the P6 pool.

The chalk lands a mini-payday P3 for me but the 3 and 4 land sweet DDs for 1/8 Pole.

MOON looks like the cheap saver if this thing goes fuggo nutso.

Ex: 2/ALL

Anyone think KATY NOW could get loose on the lead in here?

I do, Is why I got in D/D. 70 buck D/D would do well.

When I was young Katy Corcoran was very loose. After being in the service for four years I hated standing in that line.

OK, I'll amend my savezacta: 2-3/ALL

That DD with KATY only comes back $70.

Gonna try to beat Mott here... 2-3/2-3-4 ex... Mineralogist may try and wing, but may try and dig late.

She did, and dug down for all her might to fend off Ramon. Good call.
