DIRTY OLD TOWN went OK in a busted grass sprint in the debut. Could be better today.
YESTERDAY'S STORY shortens and drops.
My sister-in-law's father spent WWII aboard DD-438 U.S.S. Ludlow as a 1939 pre-war sailor and saw much action. Ludlow was hit by German artillery on June 6th, 1944 just half a mile off the beach at Normandy while supporting the invasion with her 5-inch guns and smaller armament. She never left her station. LAKE AND LUDLOW catches the flyer.
