The 2/6 snags the DD at the downstairs saloon but the gallant state-bred (OK, Slow Bred), CHANCED, is an open-company handicap winner two back and never out of the $$$ in 8 starts at Belmont Park.
This filly is overlaid at 5/1 with 21MTP.

If one reads the charts of this race upside down one will find the NY bred at the top.
