Post subject:  The Cat "Stair Game" Tonight, Wooley
I was trying to get upstairs with a new cold beer when the tom Trouble came out of nowhere and let out a screaming cat noise. He flopped on a stair in front of me. I reached down to pet him and he was happy with the skull rubs and flank rubs but I knew what was coming.

Every step I took got the cat went up some stairs to flop again and every step I step I took had me petting and rubbing the cat again. At the top of the stairs the tom enjoyed his pettings and rubs but understood that the game was over.

He busted my right forearm with a lightning strike with his right front. And then raced away. Happily for me I got swatted by soft foot pads instead of the blown out razor claws. He likes me a little bit and is OK with sharing his territory with me.
