John and his wife Jennifer drove here from Illynoise instead of flying because John had loads of stuff to take back from the apartment in the downstairs saloon. He and his wife are due back to work Monday morning off of some vacation time.

Eastern time they left here at 3 a.m. and got back to Crystal Lake, Illynoise by 5 p.m. That's hauling ass.

She has kids and he has kids. I just hope this tie-up works. She's a good woman in love and John seems to be there too, finally.

Me? I'm just the old disgusting bastard that still gropes the teen bride that's collecting Social Security. Hey, we took vows at St. Andrew's for "better or worser" and "richer or poorer". We got married at a Mass by my wife's cousin Fr. Mellett (my late mother-in law's maiden name) from Ireland who later tossed his vows and is back in Ireland now with his wife.

Can I toss my Catholic wedding vows like the priest tossed his Catholic priestly vows or should I stay here with the girl that has money? I'm only 68 - I could start a new life.

Your "question" went up on Saturday. Today's Tuesday so, the silence is deafening... I'm going to break the rudeness.

Do you still bow your head when hearing the name of Jesus?
Have you been to regular confession on a Friday night?
Whatabout church on Sunday morning?
WHAT? I CAN'T HEAR YOU LADY BUCK!

Somebody said "Don't stop laughing."

You could easily dismiss the marriage vows, move to Vegas and live high up in a cheaply constructed condo with a wrap around balcony. But, dreams of it collapsing in dust, like the ones they blow up, may keep you up at night...
WARNING: Stay off the balcony when the air conditioning breaks down.

Play the ponies in the condo, go down to the casinos (if the elevators are working), do cheap buffets at night... Hey, the Show Girls are great but truth is, you'd have to get over the onus of being a Gambler.

The drinking is your own gorilla. If you can leash it, maybe, it would add to the quest for fun and rolling in grass that is greener...

I vote for the wife, regardless of her own $, you got enough for the both of you.
You'll live longer, look healthier and won't miss her like crazy...

I'm losing it; I need a Fall Belmont and cool, beautiful NYC weather.

Thanks for doing the Board.

The Board is ongoing virtually from the day that NYRA shut down the NYRA.com chat board and I'm just the latest caretaker.

That old NYRA board was a pip, so many great handicappers until the trolls killed it off.

I was talking just the other day with a bunch of old board members. It used to be such fun, but it wasn't trolls that killed it.

The NYRA.com chat board was indeed killed off by trolls and that came from Terry Meyocks, one time NYRA bossman.

Sorry, I did not realize you were talking about Bruno's board.
