Dr. Shirley T. phoned to tell me that that the pee and blood I left at the VA clinic last week left no cause for alarm. She told me to stop drinking alcohol, smoking and hanging out with young women that don't speak English behind the Citgo station after midnight. On a serious note she wished me well and told me she'd see me in January and that she cared very much about my health. She was happy to learn that all my VA prescriptions had arrived in the mail and told me that I had earned the best care that she could provide for my service to the U.S. as a veteran during war time. I think Dr. Shirley is near 50 but I could fall in love with that young girl. Jeez, she cares. |
