| Post subject: | Wife's Winter Wednesday, Wooley - And The Feral Cats |
While I was up in the man cave on the first day of winter diddling Gulfstream Park the teen bride of only 43 years on Social Security went out to do some food shopping and Christmas shopping in the beloved Chrysler 200 sedan. When she got home to unload the car some feral cats came out of the garage and the cat condos to greet her. She stopped the unloading to greet and pet Emily, Tuxedo, Bosco, Garfield and a few others. She brought her purchases inside and called up to me that she was going to feed the cats outside. What did she do? She brought out platters of wet cat food and then went inside to bring out platters of salmon, tuna and leftover warmed-up meat from the refrigerator. Yeah, she's still busty like she was at 16 and when I married her at 18 but the wife's heart is still the largest and most wonderful thing attached to her at the age of 62. |
