Post subject:  Wednesday Night's Cat Treat - Oh Wooley!
Moments after the Mets won in Philadelphia I went downstairs to pee as a happy man. On my way back up I stopped at the top of the stairs. I scooped and freshened up the litter box.

Unknown to me, the momcat Mister Mittens was right behind me on the stairs. Stalking, silent. When I stepped aside she hopped into the litter box with her tail up and let loose with everything she had been saving while staring up at the ceiling with her eyes almost closed.

Damn, I love that cat. She catches everything she wants and needs from humans while sleeping and resting a lot. She beat the street for a chance at a long life and I'm glad I gave that chance to her.
