Not a big cat and she's a daughter of Ginger who has been here a few years. Standoffish. She knows me well. She was born out back and lives here. Stays off to the side when I bring out food. Does not ever let me pet her. Got her spayed and loaded up with vaccinations in the spring.

The enigma? Well I cant get through two doors while handling three platters of cat food so only the screen door is in my way when I start marching with three platters of cat food out of the kitchen. Bristol is usually on her back legs standing with her front paws up against the screen door while she stares into my kitchen. When she sees me coming out with food she scampers away.

She eats well and gets along beautifully with the cats outside but she has some thoughts about large pieces of meat.

Lay out a pork chop or lamb chop? Lay out a chicken thigh or drumstick? Lay out some leftover meat on a T-bone steak? Bristol gets on it like a shot of lightning and gallops away with it. She's a tough little girl cat and I suppose she's carrying the monster "survival gene" from her mother Ginger and her grandmother Nasty Mom.
