He must have slept in Tuesday morning or was prowling around somewhere (he doesn't live here but he's one of my TNR buddies). When I was leaving at 10 a.m. for my 7Eleven Philly Park beer run Sad Face was licking empty breakfast platters and sniffing at the empty tuna & sardine feed trough. He was hungry.
I don't do this for everybody but I went back into the house for a can of Friskies, just for Sad Face. He trotted up to me and did the "flop drop" for a belly rub, which he got. One paw swat and my arm would be shredded and bloody but we trust one another. I served him a good meal which he ate hungrily. I just like him a lot - even when he was an intact fighting tomcat we had a good relationship with peace on both sides.

That was a very nice gesture. ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif) Sad Face has no permanent residence. Likely avoids the FF crowd at breakfast. Likely starving...not eat in awhile Sad Face stays healthier not pawing through garbage and "bones" for food. Give him another can! ![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)

He rolls in here at meal time for food on a lot of days. He gets fed and kibble is always out with clean water when it's not raining (rain turns kibble into a mush that the cats won't touch).
