The house cat Trouble does it. Pet him and sometimes he flops on his side for good extra rubbings and pettings. I get that - I've been treating him with nothing but love for almost eight years.

This morning I rolled in from ShopRite before 7 a.m. and while working my way up the driveway Tuxedo trotted up to me for some rubbings and pettings. And then so did Garfield. They're guys and I was rubbing them and roughing them and petting them well. Little runt Catty Patty lets me pet her pet her now and again but early this morning she was off to the side and thought that maybe she could into the petting action. She came up to Garfield, Tuxedo and me with her tail straight up. I scruffed her head, ears and shoulders - and that's when she did the "flop drop". I rubbed her up all over.

Homeless feral cats don't like to be off their feet but maybe the cats out back aren't exactly "homeless". Catty Patty likes me a little bit and I like her as well. Three house cats in a "forever home" are the limit unfortunately.

The Feline Family are not "feral" , IMO. They live in condos in the rear of your property. They dine like "kings".
They are TNR and vaccinated, and they are affectionate and friendly. Even Catty Patty is less shy.

Do you know...do they stay around your property or do a few :o "stray"?
