Nobody insults me when I wear a low-cut dress and high heels on the bus. Bus riders are more tolerant than most people.

BTW, 1/8 Pole and I are falling off the wagon tomorrow and playing the Belmont card. One of the bride's kid sisters and spawn are coming over tomorrow for a bar-b-q and that's all the reason we need. The bride has given us her blessing.

How was Citi Field???

Citi Field is nice but hardly anybody goes there to watch the ballgame. I had a great aisle seat but hundreds of people per inning would march by me screwing up the view while the action was going on. The game was a distraction for most of the crowd.

I felt like I was at the mall surrounded by thousands of young morons who were clueless about the game.

I'm glad I'm an old fart. I wouldn't want to be young with the dimwits we produce today. I'd take the old rattrap Polo Grounds up in Harlem anyday to see a Met game if I could. At least there were rabid ball fans there and not "mallies".
