Well, the planet has finally got done with its 23.5 degree wobble and in New York the day with the shortest amount of daylight is here. It's now winter in the Northern Hemisphere and the first day of summer in the Southern Hemisphere. The planet will now start wobbling the other way and those of us in New York will now start catching more daylight as the days go by. And maybe we'll catch some great snowfall and blizzards too.

Another certainty at my home is that the three house cats here don't give a f*#k so long as they catch great meals and warm beds while I continue to scoop and freshen up their litter boxes with new cat litter.

Ah yes....snow and blizzards...ice...and I'll be heading to visit sis in FL in Jan/Feb...
