The wife does this every Christmas Eve now - prepares a load of the only seafood she likes.
On the menu is baked clams, shrimp and lobster tails. And she's making cornbread from scratch for me. I'm looking forward to it.
And I wouldn't be surprised if some shrimp and lobster tail got outside for the cats this evening. Colleen is a super girl with a huge heart.
