My first post-op CAT scan came back clean beyond a bit of fluid (normal) in the cavity where the lower lobe of my left lung used to be. Post-op tissue pathology from inside my chest came back with no sign of cancer. I've been told that the only follow-up I require now are quarterly CAT scans to make sure the C-devil has not returned. I'm free from the VA cancer folks until my next scan in January. |

Cataract surgery followup yesterday was OK. Both surgeries went well and there are no post-op problems. My eye surgeon Dr. Francis is my favorite girl right now. |
