My first post-op CAT scan came back clean beyond a bit of fluid (normal) in the cavity where the lower lobe of my left lung used to be. Post-op tissue pathology from inside my chest came back with no sign of cancer. I've been told that the only follow-up I require now are quarterly CAT scans to make sure the C-devil has not returned. I'm free from the VA cancer folks until my next scan in January.

Cataract surgery followup yesterday was OK. Both surgeries went well and there are no post-op problems. My eye surgeon Dr. Francis is my favorite girl right now.
