Midnight and Big Orange Fluff were here crying out for food. I'm thinking they weren't eating well during the snowstorm. When I was coming out with food and warm water Garfield was nipping at them and making nasty cat noises.
I brought out lots of extra warm cat food and separated the platters and feed bowls so that everybody could eat well without conflict. Garfield, Bosco, Catty Patty, Ginger and Nasty Mom are family. Midnight and Orange Fluff are newcomers for food.

Now on Friday morning I saw Midnight coming for breakfast from out back. I'm thinking he may have moved into a cat condo. He's a robust cat which makes me think he was cared for at one time. No matter, if he shows up for a meal he eats.
Midnight used to run behind the house when I brought out food. Now he just just sits nearby in plain sight when I come out. This morning he was eating with the regular crew. He's learning that I am no threat to him.
