I promised to God and St. Francis to feed and care for the TNR (tap, neuter, return) cats from the spring of 2017. I have fed and sheltered near a dozen but now I have four regulars here - Bosco, Garfield and Catty Patty. And their grandmother Nasty Mom who lives across the street and over a fence somewhere.

We haven't seen Ginger for almost two weeks. Midnight the black cat showed up out of nowhere for food and now he's missing. The cats out back accepted him to share food since he was never aggressive with them. White Leg has been seen but we think he's a house cat that gets let out. Garfield doesn't like him.

House cats? The momcat Mister Mittens and her son Trouble are in great shape. I slept with the huge tom last night but it was his mother that woke me up at dawn for her breakfast.

You and Mrs 1/4 going to heaven for wonderful care afforded the FeralFamily. The departed lived their life to the fullest given tough start...some in your garden in summer heat. RIP to those passed. And other ferals who made1/4 property home.

White Leg stopped by this morning to drink water and eat up the breakfast leavings. I'm OK with that.
