I bent over this morning outside to lay down some kibble and warm water for the outside cats and Garfield came up from behind. He parked between my legs and that meant I had to rub his sides, back and shoulders. While I was at it I rubbed his skull and reached under to rub his belly.

Catty Patty, Ginger and Nasty Mom wanted me to go back inside and bring out the Friskies wet food, tuna and sardines so they were glaring at Garfield while I rubbed him up all over. Lordy, Garfield's fur is thick and his belly bag is all loaded up with fat to keep him burning calories to stay warm. All four cats I take care of outside are robust and healthy. They have never missed a meal with me looking after them.

I like Garfield a lot. He's a feral tom with intruders but he's a kitten with me.

Always love good news about the FF. This year was a cold one too....

I cooked up a pile of bacon and eggs this morning and put out a bunch of leftover bacon. Catty Patty and Garfield appreciated the extra snacks.

So Happy the FF.. happy and healthy...
