The first 25 years are the toughest with the kids and the house and the cars and all the hassles with work. Then during the next 10 years you actually start liking each other again. After year 35 you finally begin to understand why you fell in love to begin with and are so used to one another that things go smooth as clockwork.
The only advice I'd give to a new bridegroom is to stay out of debt, always leave the toilet seat down and never fart at the dinner table.
