Congrats to Jeebs.

Did you really respond to the "Ignore" post on your wedding night?

The greatest things I remember from my wedding reception are my mother-in-law throwing shoes at her son to stop him from fighting on Astoria Boulevard, my father telling me I was nuts and the 4 Marine buddies that demanded to see me through my wedding night.

If my wife's father had not been a wounded vet from 5th Marines in Korea this gig might have been over on 5/6/73.

The place was Anton's on the Boulevard ar Antun's and my bride just told me it may have been called Ricardo's at one time. About 95th street and Astoria Boulevard - north side. Need some help from Vultch, SOTB, or lukeydog.

Anyway, I am happy for Tim and Lisa.

Va Bene.
I was told in our pre-nup class that each partner couldn't go just halfway to bridge a gap or solve an argument, but that it has to be a hundred and fifty percent effort from both--then maybe, maybe, God willing, things work out. This has helped both my wife and me through some hard spots. I hope you never see them, just a smooth ride on a golden rail.
Best wishes.
