I went to HS with Andy and Maria (sister) they were classmates at St Francis Prep..From the very begining of their upbringin they were destined for the top echelon..Andy is tracking for National much like daddy. His reach is wide his pockets deep. He is for all intents and purposes a true politician who never met a cause he would not support for the majority. He is also a liberal to the lefttist of degrees. Always has been always will be.

He will be the next Gov replacing our accidental blind imbecile afact that should make everyone breathe a bit easier..There was no worse a governor than him and we survived..We will survive Andy as well. It is unfortunate that Paladino cannot get past the moral majority and the pr machine that generates the nonsensical platforms and riles up the communities who actually take the time to vote.

As an aside I have two sisters-in-law that went to St. Francis Prep, one even went on to NYU and graduate school at Columbia. My wife went to Dominican Commercial in Jamaica and went on to be one of those Catcholic high school girls that the porn guys are always trying to recruit for new talent.

Prep was the tough city catholic school that reared many a famous person..Vince Lombardi and Joe and Frank Torre went the N 6th street campus as well. My first serious girl friend went to Dominican great school for girls and yes the one stereotype targeted for years by the dark side!! Never forget the scene in Kentucky Fried Movie for catholic high school girls in trouble...priceless.

I really can't argue with much of what you said, and your assessment of Prince Andrew is spot on. Paladino is a bit of a local celeb here and I have been reading about him for the last twenty years. My only objection to him is the idea that he is now attacking the same machine he has been feeding and benefitting from for a long time now. He has made significant contributions to politicos on both sides for 15 years or more to protect his own interests. That said, the attacks on him have been bad. Dicker pushed him in a way that a reporter shouldn't. A friend of mine lives on the same street as Paladino's nephew and teh press couldn't wait to get to the kids house for the big scoop. That's a little out of line if you ask me. I heard a fellow leftie say something that absolutely hit it on the head for me....
he said "I love the idea of Cuomo losing but am frightened of the idea of Paladino winning"
